Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning courses.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience in curriculum development and adult learning theories.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
