Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and project team members.
• Ensure all learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and adhere to relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or implementation.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and SMEs.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality learning experiences.
