Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Analyst to leverage data for strategic decisions and to optimize the online customer journey. Based remotely, you will analyze data from website analytics, sales, customer behavior, and marketing performance to drive revenue growth.

You will develop dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and translate insights into recommendations for marketing, product, and operations teams. Strong SQL and analytics tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across all e-commerce channels.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, website performance, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and operations to drive growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into data-driven investigations.
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor traffic and user behavior.
• Perform A/B testing analyses and recommend optimizations.
