Placements24 is recruiting a Remote E-commerce Growth & Analytics Lead for a forward-thinking e-commerce client. This executive role focuses on data-driven growth, analytics, and leadership across marketing, product, and operations.

You will design experiments, analyze cross-functional data, and drive initiatives to boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value in a fully remote, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field as specified.
• 7+ years in e-commerce analytics, growth marketing or related strategic roles.
• Proven track record driving growth in e-commerce environments.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, A/B testing and experimentation design.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy for the e-commerce business.
• Lead analysis of sales, marketing, customer behavior, and website data to find insights.
• Design, implement, and optimize A/B tests across channels and journeys.
• Identify new customer acquisition and retention opportunities.
• Build KPI dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to implement growth initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members on analytical and growth methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce analytics and digital marketing.
