Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy or related field.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and ability to translate data into business plans.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and CRM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy focused on acquisition, conversion, AOV, and CLTV.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage web analytics, A/B testing, and reporting to improve conversion rates and user experience.
