Placements24 is hiring a Senior E-commerce Analyst for a fully remote role. You will analyze complex e‑commerce datasets, track KPIs, and build dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Expect collaboration across marketing, product, and sales to optimize conversion and growth.

You will leverage SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools to translate data into actionable insights, influencing business outcomes across regions globally.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of data analysis experience with a focus on e‑commerce analytics.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce data: sales trends, customer behavior, site performance, and marketing ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports with Tableau/Power BI.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive growth.
• Assess marketing campaign effectiveness across channels and recommend optimizations.
• Perform user journey analysis to find friction points.
• Develop customer segmentation from behavioral/transactional data.
• Collaborate with marketing/product/sales/ops to support data needs.
• Build predictive models for sales, LTV, and other metrics.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
