Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data/Business Analyst with ecommerce focus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools (R, Python).
• Experience with web analytics platforms (GA/Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales and conversion optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for website traffic, sales, and marketing campaigns.
• Assess marketing campaign performance across channels (paid search, social, email).
• Provide actionable insights to improve UX, site performance, and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct user journey analysis to identify friction points and improvement areas.
• Stay updated on ecommerce analytics best practices and trends.
• Use statistical methods to forecast sales and assess initiative impact.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders.
