Helderberg Personnel Cc in Somerset West seeks an experienced Debtors Clerk to manage the full debtors function, including invoicing, payments, and client liaison. You will allocate and reconcile payments daily and produce age analysis reports to ensure accurate accounts.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Excel skills, Xero experience, and proven attention to detail. The role suits someone who can work independently, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain orderly debtor records.

Competenze

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Post-matric financial or bookkeeping qualification is advantageous.
• Solid experience in a Debtors Clerk / Accounts Receivable position.
• Experience in an accounting, legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Ability to follow up firmly but professionally on outstanding accounts.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full debtors function.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
