Qualifications

• 7+ years of curriculum development experience with online learning focus.
• Proven expertise in e-learning best practices and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite; LMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive online curriculum frameworks and course content across various subjects.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging e-learning experiences.
• Develop learning materials, including interactive modules, video scripts, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, multimedia developers, and project managers to ensure content accuracy and quality.

• Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend online learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 5 years focused on designing and developing online learning programs.
• Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies and e-learning best practices.
• Proficiency with leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of multimedia development principles for online learning.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
