SET Recruitment Consultants seeks a Credit Controller to manage an allocated debtors portfolio, drive timely collections and maintain strong customer relations. The role demands a hands-on, persistent, detail-oriented person who owns collections, resolves payment issues, and identifies risks while working under pressure.

Responsibilities include reviewing debtor age analyses, achieving monthly targets, and providing cash flow updates.

Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
• Qualification in Credit Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Experience with Sage and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an allocated debtors portfolio and ensure collections in terms.
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and secure payment commitments.
• Monitor balances, payment terms and credit limits.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Provide updates on collections performance and risk.
