Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years credit control experience.
• Knowledge of credit control principles and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and email.
• Experience with accounting or debtors management systems is advantageous.

• Manage debt collections, receipting, payment allocations, and overdue accounts.
• Prepare debtor statements, age analysis, cash forecasts, and exposure reports.
• Ensure invoices and supporting documents are issued accurately and on time.
• Resolve debtor queries and perform account reconciliations.
• Conduct credit checks, assess new account applications, and maintain debtor records.
• Monitor credit limits, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
