Qualifications

• Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years' sales experience.
• Strong experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Own reliable transport and willingness to travel when required.

• Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales consultants.
