Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malta is seeking a senior leader to drive corporate consulting and the customization of leadership development programmes in the Gauteng market. You will engage with corporate clients, build strategic relationships, and lead a team to deliver high-impact training and growth.

You will own revenue targets, manage budgets, identify opportunities for expansion and partnerships, and ensure delivery excellence across programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate consulting and designing leadership education programmes for corporates.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and business targets.
• Experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Senior management experience leading and growing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients to understand leadership development needs and tailor training programmes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets for individuals and teams.
