Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malta in Gauteng seeks a proactive Sales Manager to drive monthly revenue targets, lead a team of sales consultants, and convert incoming leads into opportunities. You will build strong corporate client relationships, monitor pipelines, and coach the team to achieve top performance.

The ideal candidate has Matric, 7+ years in corporate sales, proven leadership, and CRM proficiency. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, with willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years' sales experience.
• Strong experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Own reliable transport and willingness to travel when required.
