The position focuses on managing a high-value corporate client portfolio, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving revenue growth.

You will engage with senior executives, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with product and risk teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in client relationship/account management or business development within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage large corporate accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and corporate finance.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with a focus on Centurion, Gauteng.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and client retention targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products.
• Serve as primary liaison for client inquiries and service requests.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and proposals.
• Present financial proposals to client stakeholders at executive levels.
• Monitor market trends to inform client strategies and opportunities.
