Standard Bank Group is seeking a seasoned Remote Client Relationship Manager to cultivate and grow a portfolio of key client accounts from anywhere in South Africa. You will be the primary liaison, driving value realization, retention, and strategic growth while collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise client management, exceptional communication, and a strong business acumen.

Formación

• 5+ years in account/client relationship management in B2B software or similar
• Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios and driving retention/growth
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and build strong partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to ensure client retention.
• Collaborate with sales, product and tech teams for seamless client experience.
• Act as main contact for client escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Gather feedback and advocate for client needs internally.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell/cross-sell.
• Onboard new clients to ensure successful integration of the platform.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relationship management.
