Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in leadership development, ideally within finance or banking.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning.
• Strong ability to design and implement development frameworks.
• Technical skills including management of development architecture; R/C programming knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive leadership development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design leadership frameworks and learning pathways to cultivate capabilities across the organization.
• Lead flagship leadership programmes and govern their delivery across teams.
• Partner with executives, HR, and stakeholders to embed initiatives.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess behavioral change and business impact.
• Manage external learning providers, budgets, and implementation of development initiatives.
