• Admitted Attorney or Chartered Secretary (ICSA) with governance experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in corporate governance, company secretarial, or related legal fields.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, secretarial practice and governance principles.
• Experience managing board and shareholder meetings and minute-taking.
• Proficiency in statutory compliance and corporate filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on governance matters and best practices.
