You will be responsible for advising the board of directors and management on governance best practices, developing and implementing governance policies, and overseeing compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Advise the Board of Directors and executive management on corporate governance principles and best practices.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, or relevant qualification (e.g., Chartered Governance Professional).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, governance, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of South African corporate law and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
