Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of remote construction projects. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing contract administration, and resolving disputes to mitigate risk across dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction contract management.
• Extensive knowledge of construction law, contract principles, and risk management.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and administer complex contracts.
• Experience working remotely with dispersed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate EPCs, subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-qualification to closeout.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with terms.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; develop strategies.
• Handle disputes and claims; provide expert resolution guidance.
• Coordinate with legal, project managers, and stakeholders for alignment.
