Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 6+ years in commercial contract law.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Strong contract law principles and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including MSAs and NDAs.
• Provide strategic legal advice on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
• Develop standardized contract templates and playbooks to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to understand needs and ensure contracts support business objectives.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, and renewals.
