Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in commercial contract law.
• Proven drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, remedies, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of high-value, complex commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnerships, and licensing deals.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on contractual terms, risk allocation, and liability management.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and playbooks to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Advise business teams on contractual interpretation, disputes, and enforcement issues.
• Manage the contract lifecycle process, ensuring proper execution, storage, and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure legal requirements are met throughout contractual processes.
