Placements24 invites an experienced Remote Construction Project Manager to lead complex building initiatives from inception to completion. This fully remote role enables management from a home office while maintaining rigorous standards for scope, budget, and quality.

You will oversee design through handover, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, and enforce safety and quality controls across sites. A strong PM background and relevant degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for construction projects.
• Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial design and permitting to site execution and final handover.
• Coordinate and manage communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols on all project sites.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Manage project financials, track expenditures, and ensure accurate reporting of budget adherence and variance analysis.
