Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular virtual project meetings with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Monitor progress and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum and quality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
