• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Construction Project Management, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and lead complex projects effectively.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, software, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional, remote project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, and expectation setting.
• Implement risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges.
