Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various construction contracts, including EPC, subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from pre-qualification and tender evaluation to contract closeout.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage contractual risks, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• Handle contractual disputes and claims, providing expert advice and leading resolution efforts.
