Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee planning, execution, and handover of multiple construction projects, coordinating with site teams and clients from a distance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction PM, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Project/Procore, enabling effective remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management and proven delivery track record.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and ability to lead teams from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress closely.
• Oversee site operations, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Manage contracts, negotiate with vendors/subcontractors, and control project costs.
• Communicate with clients, design teams, site personnel, and stakeholders via virtual platforms.
