Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Development Manager to oversee end-to-end development projects in Centurion, Gauteng. You will guide site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and leasing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maximizing ROI.

This role demands strategic thinking and a proven track record in complex developments. The candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and consultants, manage budgets and risks, and drive profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Urban Planning/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Finance).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate development or similar.
• Strong knowledge of finance, market analysis, zoning, and entitlements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage all phases of the development process from concept to handover.
• Identify sites via market analysis, zoning reviews, and feasibility.
• Lead design and planning with architects and engineers.
• Secure permits and entitlements from authorities.
• Oversee construction, budgets, and timelines to milestones.
