Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Development Manager in Gauteng to oversee full lifecycle development projects, from concept and feasibility through construction and handover. The role requires a strong blend of project management, financial acumen and deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic opportunities, manage budgets and liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, profitable assets in Tembisa and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Finance is required.
• A Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in commercial property development.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, investment appraisal and development finance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Mansioni

• Identify and evaluate commercial property development opportunities in Tembisa, Gauteng.
• Conduct feasibility studies including market analysis, financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Manage all development processes: zoning, permitting, design and construction.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and legal advisors.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls and timely delivery.
• Negotiate land acquisitions and development agreements.
• Coordinate with leasing and marketing teams for pre-leasing and sales.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and environmental standards.
