Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of property development experience with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all property development projects from inception to handover.
• Develop and execute project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee design, construction, and marketing activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Liaise with investors, government, community groups, and end-users.
