Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of complex commercial litigation from inception to resolution.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies for clients.
• Lead discovery, including document review and depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on risks and outcomes.
