• Lead discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and taking depositions.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions with opposing counsel.
• Advise clients on litigation risks, potential outcomes, and strategic options.
• Supervise and mentor junior litigators and legal support staff.
