Placements24 is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney for its Sandton office in a hybrid role. You will lead complex commercial disputes, advise corporate clients, and drive high-stakes litigation from inception to resolution.

• Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance in the High Court.
• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record handling complex, high-value disputes.
• Deep understanding of commercial law, contract law and corporate governance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
