Qualifications

• LLB degree and SA High Court admission.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation from start to resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies with clients and junior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Mentor junior associates and supervise staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and grow business.
