Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience in civil infrastructure.
• Proven success delivering large-scale projects (roads, bridges, water treatment, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project lifecycle phases from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and site staff.
• Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards on all sites.
• Manage budgets and cost controls; liaise with clients and authorities.
• Review designs, reports, and contracts; present status to management.
