Placements24 seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead a portfolio of developments in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will drive all phases from planning and resource allocation to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality outputs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in civil project management, strong leadership, and expertise in MS Project or Primavera P6 and design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in civil engineering.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 and related design software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from design to closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and reviews to monitor progress and performance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with outcomes.
• Oversee contract administration for project-related agreements.
