Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Chemical Process Engineer for a fully remote role. You will drive the design and optimization of chemical processes for new facilities and existing plants, collaborating with teams across multiple locations from your home office.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years in chemical process design and engineering.
- Expert in Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus with advanced process simulation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual and FEED design for new plants and modifications.
- Perform complex process simulations including dynamic simulations and advanced control strategies.
- Conduct PHAs and HAZOP studies to ensure plant safety.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and control philosophies.
- Provide expert technical consultation to project teams, manufacturing, and R&D.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for process design and engineering.
