Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
8+ years of experience in chemical process design, development, and operations.
Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects independently.
Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and hazard analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of new chemical processes and equipment, ensuring adherence to project specs and safety standards.
Provide expert technical consultation and troubleshooting for chemical plants remotely.
Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, including scope, planning, execution, and reporting.
Conduct process safety reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Mentor junior engineers through virtual collaboration.
Develop technical documentation such as P&IDs, equipment specs, and operating manuals.
