Placements24 is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant in East London, Eastern Cape, to guide clients through complex organizational changes, design tailored solutions, and manage implementation of transformative initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s in Business Admin or related field and at least 8 years in management consulting, with strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder-management skills. A hybrid work model is offered with travel to client sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on transformation and change management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex change initiatives in various settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
• Excellent understanding of change management principles, project management methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership teams.
• Experience working with clients in the Eastern Cape or similar emerging markets is an advantage.
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic project environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within East London and the broader region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifaceted transformation projects for clients across diverse industries.
• Conduct thorough business process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop strategic frameworks and detailed action plans for organizational change and performance improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure buy-in and effective implementation.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and measure impact of interventions.
• Collaborate with client teams to build internal capabilities and ensure sustainability of changes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to executive-level audiences.
• Contribute to business development and expansion of client relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
