Confidential Client in Pretoria, Gauteng seeks an experienced Senior Consultant specialized in Change Management to guide major organizational transformations. You will lead readiness assessments, design communication and training programs, and collaborate with project teams to embed change activities into project plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years in change management or OD, and proven ability to drive adoption and employee engagement on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in change management or related consulting roles.
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale change initiatives.

• Develop and execute change management plans tailored to client needs.
