Placements24 in Vereeniging, Gauteng, is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to guide organizations through major change initiatives. This on-site role focuses on organizational design, culture transformation, and stakeholder engagement, with direct collaboration in the Vereeniging office.

You will lead change management strategies, assess readiness, and develop communication plans and training. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in management consulting, expertise in ADKAR or Kotter

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, MBA or HR is required.
• 7+ years in management consulting focusing on change management and organizational design.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives in large organizations.
• Expertise in ADKAR or Kotter frameworks and OD principles.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence at all levels.
• Client-facing experience and delivery management; willing to relocate to Vereeniging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies for complex transformations.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify barriers to adoption.
• Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and build consensus.
• Advise on organizational structure redesign, talent management and leadership development.
• Develop KPIs to measure change initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into plans.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for sustained change and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on change initiatives.
