Placements24 is seeking a Lead BIM Architect for a prestigious Cape Town architectural practice. You will drive BIM adoption across design and construction, set standards and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 7+ years’ professional architecture experience, strong Revit/Navisworks skills, ISO 19650 familiarity, and a passion for innovative delivery. Relocation assistance to Cape Town may be considered.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification with minimum 7 years' relevant experience.
• Proven BIM leadership on large-scale commercial and retail projects.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software: Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong BIM standards knowledge (ISO 19650).
• Experience with parametric and computational design workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor BIM specialists and designers.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with South African architectural practice and regulations.
• A portfolio of BIM-integrated projects is essential.

Responsabilités
