Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in architecture with 5+ in BIM.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Solibri.
• Proven leadership of BIM teams and workflows on large projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to train others; ISO 19650 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards for the practice.
• Lead and manage a team of BIM specialists and technicians.
• Oversee BIM models for complex commercial projects across phases.
• Coordinate BIM with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct model audits and clash detection to resolve issues early.
