This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach
• Experience using outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline in Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
