Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across the country.

As a Senior Business Development Representative you will own the top of the funnel, research accounts, identify decision makers, and schedule meetings while using LinkedIn, Salesforce and outbound tools.

This is a full-time remote role within SA, offering the chance to build a scalable pipeline and partner with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Excellent written communication and outreach personalization
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
