Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and maintain opportunities in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

The role focuses on outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone, targeting growth in the SA market.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR roles or SaaS/agency environments preferred.
• Ability to research and identify decision makers and build targeted contact lists.
• Proven ability to craft personalized outreach via email/LinkedIn/phone.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
