Placements24 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue in Rustenburg, North West. You will identify new business opportunities, engage C-level executives, and close complex enterprise software deals.

The role requires a proven B2B sales track record, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and comfort with travel to client sites. A CRM background (Salesforce) and knowledge of sales processes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise software sales with 5–7+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Excellent understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel to the Rustenburg, North West, ZA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit quotas in the territory.
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities via multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
