Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B tech sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
• Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless client engagement.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Accurately manage and update sales pipeline information in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management.
