Placements24 in Midrand is seeking an Account Executive to drive end-to-end B2B software sales, prospecting leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals while nurturing long-term client relationships.

You will communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and translate complex technology into compelling value propositions, collaborating with marketing and product teams in a hybrid office setup between the Midrand office and home.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably tech or SaaS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate value.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce) for pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
• Manage and expand existing client accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet quotas.
