Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance and repair procedures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Translate concerns into accurate repair orders for technicians.
• Explain maintenance and repair options with cost estimates and timelines.
• Advise on warranty coverage and service options.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the service department.
• Maintain regular communication on repair status.
• Upsell services and products where appropriate.
• Process payments and complete paperwork accurately.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts staff and management.
